Research at leading academic medical centers suggests psilocybin offers the potential to help people get to the source of what's holding them back, or discover what's next for them.

This deep and insightful work is being validated at research institutions around the world, where researchers have observed psilocybin temporarily quieting the Default Mode Network, the brain system that maintains self-narratives which are often habitually critical, while spurring rapid growth of new connections in the prefrontal cortex.

This appears to open a critical period of heightened neuroplasticity, when the brain is unusually receptive to new thoughts and patterns. Fons Health pairs every session with preparation before, and integration after, to make the most of this window.
